PRACTICE WITH NICOLE
Try out a couple of favorites from Kula practitioners, including an hour-long handstand-focused practice, and a 90-minute class that includes a bit of everything: movement, meditation and breath. Get a feel for what it's like to practice with Nicole!
PLAY WITH TOBI
Driven by a desire to share and make yoga more accessible, especially for men who may be hesitant or afraid to start, his teaching style is dynamic, fluid + creative, focusing on functional movements, strength building, and targeted mobility and flexibility work.
While he encourages students to find their edge, he ensures not to push them too far, providing space for growth and moments of calm.
NOURISH WITH SILVANA
Silvana utilizes the different forms of yoga as a pathway to turning inward, nourishing the body with awareness, and emphasizing the breath as a pathway to a mind + soul connection. Her flows blend sweetness and spice with mindful movement through creative sequences.
In every experience and interaction, she aims to leave a piece of her heart. Her heartfelt wish is that her classes hopefully leave you with a sense of feeling inspired, grateful, and reconnecting with your own unique inner-power.

Our team believes whole-heartedly in the impacts that the yoga practice can have on one's life. This practice, which holds thousands of years of wisdom, is interested in the health of the physical body, the mind, and the energetics.
